  • Wondering if you, your partner or your relationship can cope with all of the changes in your life?
Feeling alone or as if no one else can understand what you are going through? I do understand and I’d like to help.

Talking to someone that can understand this complicated time in your life might be exactly what you need and your family need. I know, first hand, that the days and nights with a new child can feel like you are on a rollercoaster, one moment you’re full of happiness, the next feeling overwhelmed and scared.

You are not alone

80% of all postpartum women will experience what is commonly referred to as the baby blues. These baby blues usually begin within a few days of delivery and the symptoms generally go away within the first two or three weeks postpartum. If symptoms do not subside or increase in severity, you may be experiencing some form of Postpartum Mood Disorder. Remember you are not alone, one in five women experience some form of Postpartum Mood Disorder.  Postpartum Depression is the most common complication of pregnancy.  The good news is that it is treatable.

You can feel better. The sooner you reach out, the sooner you can get back to your self again and enjoy this time with your little one and your partner. Just by seeking help you are taking steps to care for yourself and your baby, good for you!

I know you can feel better, I’ve seen it happen.
